Enter our 6,400 square feet Battery Assembly Unit, a pristine environment where battery packs, the lifeblood of our machines, are meticulously crafted. With a capacity of 110 packs per shift, every detail is scrutinized to ensure the power behind the ride is flawless.
Crafting Dreams:
Bike Assembly Facility
Step into our Bike Assembly Facility, spanning 19,294 square feet. With a capacity of up to 8,500 electric motorcycles per month, our streamlined assembly process seamlessly integrates electrical and mechanical components, creating masterpieces on a conveyor line.
Where Materials Meet Magic: Inventory
Our Inventory zone covers 10,225 square feet, housing raw materials for our electric marvels. With space for 1200-1500 bikes, meticulous organization ensures each component is ready for its role, orchestrated with precision from Warehouse 1.
