6 to 8 years experience in handling sourcing of Electrical and Electronics parts for 2 Wheelers
Possess good negotiation skills
Experience in 2w Manufacturing OEM in parts development.
Possess good knowledge in Parts development thro' APQP processes
Hands on exp in project management
Drive and execute annual and strategic plan with supporting strategies. Clear cut sourcing actions as per business Organisation Business Plan
Ensure the suppliers are deploying right Fixtures, Tools, Gauges for the parts development to meet best in class quality with optimum cost and meeting the build schedule without gap
To explore and develop new supplier in the region/globally for various Electrical Electronics parts Like BMS, MCU, VCU, PCB Assemblies, Wiring harness, Electrical Proprietary parts like DC-DC Connectors, Lightings Assy, Motors etc.,
Ensure the right Part/product cost based on the should cost analysis and to implement the right cost model after comparing the end-to-end cost modeling for Electrical and Electronics parts
Formulate the sourcing strategies for the profitable business and deploy the same to grow the top/bottom line aligned to the local Law.
Ensure the on-time completion of General Purchase Agreement with suppliers to have win-win atmosphere between Orgainsation and Suppliers.
Develop supplier strategies to mitigate the potential supply chain risk like, dual sourcing, consolidation.
To explore the Global suppliers and establish the supply chain to meet the regional requirement to find optimum cost products in alignment with business to grow the revenue.
Localization of various parts/products to meet the cost, Quality and overall Lead time aligned to product launch timeline.
To ensure and deploy defined sourcing compliance guidelines to meet all the key metrics on PQCDM targets and monitor them on Weekly and Monthly basis.
Create and publish Sourcing dashboard for all sourcing metrics on monthly basis with actions for the gap.
Tracking of all key productivity projects health status and identifying the risk and improvement actions proactively to ensure no risk on product launch.
